Swallowing the tongue
Swallowing the tongue:
One of the reasons for the blockage of the airway. Often it occurs to football players as a result of the fall of the tongue and the airway is completely closed because it is muscle and when a person loses consciousness all his muscles, including his muscles, the tongue will be relaxed.
Causes of tongue swallowing:
*hit right on the head.
*coma, whatever it is caused by taking anything like drugs
Acting in the case of tongue swallowing:
In case the tongue is blocking the airway we put a hand on the forehead and a hand on the chin and raise the chin a little to the higher of the bone area and thus the airway will be opened because the base of the tongue moved up and not wrong to see if there is something else in the mouth of the injured.
Note:
if you suspect a fracture in the lower jaw we don't move it and just remove the head back by a hand on the forehead
After we lift the patient's head back, we make sure that the patient is breathing normally and to make sure that is we close our cheek from the mouth and the nose of the patient to feel patients' breathing and our eyes look at his chest to see if he is moving up by breathing, so he breathes normally.

Seizures
Seizures
Causes:
*Epilepsy: the most common cause. Where a defect in the brain's electrical function occurs in neurons.
*Drugs
* Some types of medicines
*Possible defect in the salts of the body in patients of liver, kidneys or other diseases
How to deal with the injured:
The first solution is to secure the injured person: keeping harmful things away from him where he is.
Usually the seizure takes from 10-15 minutes until the convulsions stop after the patient enters into a deep slumber and all the bones of his body relax to the extent that he can urinate involuntarily and the probability of swallowing the tongue increases so after it is finished the situation of the patient's conciseness should be checked carefully.
If the alert lasts for more than a quarter of an hour, you should take him to the hospital immediately.
Reviews:
During a seizure, do not try to wake the patient and when the seizure is over he does not remember any of what happened.
We shouldn't be afraid that the patient will bite his tongue because if we try to put something in the patient's mouth, we can break the jaw or part of his teeth, or he can bite your fingers, and it's likely to break.
